We never share, rent, or lease client contacts to third-party marketing firms.
Terms & Conditions
Please review our transport rental and booking protocols below:
- Km Calculation: Kilometers are calculated garage-to-garage from our terminal at Samantarapur, Bhubaneswar.
- Taxes & Tolls: Toll tax, state permit taxes, and parking fees must be settled at actual cost during travels unless pre-packaged.
- Driver Allowance: Basic driver night allowances (typically ₹300-₹500) apply if driving takes place post 10:00 PM on outstation routes.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to departures are eligible for full booking refunds.
